The divide between system and user fonts is the same as before, as is the standard list of collections you can still add new collections as you need them. The app's organizational capabilities have been improved, thanks to a Mail-like filter menu that can automatically narrow the huge list of fonts down so you're just looking at your active or inactive fonts or at fonts that can be downloaded.
